Restricted Senses armbinder, hood & posture collar photos

I received an email the other day from the nicest person (whom I'll refer to henceforth as Mr. X). He was contacting me for advice on the kind of leather that may work for the armbinder pattern I recently posted, and sent along an image of a prototype he put together (with a zip closure in black vinyl). Mr. X did modify the pattern, as he knew that his model was very flexible, and that her elbows could touch when bound (lucky man...). Needless to say, the photo below caught my eye, and I was more than happy to share some advice with him.

Just a beautiful, candid picture...

A couple of days later, he sends along a whole set of incredible photos, this time of the finished project: a soft leather hood, laced armbinder and tall locking posture collar, all laced up tight and shackled onto his poor, unfortunate, (or very lucky, depending on how you see these things) slave girl.

Everything good and wonderful: the girl, the hood, the collar, the armbinder, the boots...
Yeah, I nearly fell out of my chair. The photos were just awesome! This beautiful Asian girl, so completely, helplessly, and...
...tightly bound! Would you check out how close her elbows are? (Nice touch with the little bell, BTW...)
The bell can help you keep track of her as she wonders around the house...
And I'm pretty sure he gagged her under the hood as well...
That is the full 3.5 inch tall (very severe) posture collar, I think...
You can see the complete set of images on Mr. X's tumblr site. There are other photo sets to be found there as well, each more lovely than the last. If you have a passion for this kind of bondage, it's worth a look (Dear sammy, there's lots there I think you would like...). Like this one:

Check out Restricted Senses' tumblr site here. And thank you Mr. X and your gorgeous slave girl, for sharing your project pix with us! We're not worthy...

Elizabeth Andrews Armbinder Gallery...

Elizabeth Andrews and her husband David have been putting my armbinder to good use, I see. She was kind enough to send over a gallery of images, and is giving me some great feedback from the field. I'm always looking for ways to improve the fit or function of a restraint.

The fetishist in me particularly loved the set with the armbinder used in conjunction with ballet boots and head harness in a pretty extreme hogtie. It's just a beautiful shot...

Whew, did it get hot in here all of a sudden?

Here we have David again, doing all the hard work of tying up these beautiful girls (poor guy...).

And Elizabeth, doing the best she can to break free from her sleek black pocket of pure strappy love bondage.

Thanks to Elizabeth and David, for sharing the images! More of their work can be found here. And here

Harness Gag fit testing

I'm having lots of fun lately testing out the harness gag prototype... I'm a big believer in making something, no matter how crude at first, so you can get a sense of how it works in the real world. It can help you narrow down problems right away. That buckle would work better over here! Or, hey, when I put that on, you can't breathe anymore! Might need to fix that...

As you can see, the harness fits nicely over the skin tight lamb leather hood. The little part you see sticking out at the mouth is the back end of a gag being held in place with the harness. I'm experimenting with the gag sizes for this project as well, and it's been a Goldilocks process up to this point. The first gag size was too small. The second size was too big.

Based on the muffled moans of satisfaction, I'd say this third size is just about right... All this testing and refining can be such hard work. All the lacing and strapping, moaning and armbinders and all. I may need to test this design a few more times before committing to a pattern... Plus, I could use some more practice deciphering "gag-speak".

It's a tough job, but I guess somebody's got to do it!

Harness Gag prototype 1

I'm just starting out with a harness gag design. I've never done one before, so I'm trying out different ideas, proportions and ways to tie it all together. I'm not sure if the forehead strap is absolutely necessary, but I've always liked the way it looks...

I want to keep it as sleek as possible, with minimal hardware. Snug fitting, but without any pressure-points. I envision a big, mouth-filling leather gag built-in.

I also want the buckles off-center, so if the person wearing it is on their back, they won't dig in to the back of their head.

Time for some real-world testing...
